Getting Started

Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner. You can register using your Google account or with your email address. If you choose email, we'll send you a magic link to verify your account.

Yes! ConferencePilot is completely free for attendees. You can browse conferences, read reviews, and submit your own reviews without any cost.

Use the search bar on the homepage to search by topic, speaker, or city. You can also browse all conferences from the Conferences page or check out our Recommendations for top-rated events.

Reviews & Ratings

Navigate to any conference, session, or speaker page and click the 'Rate' button. You'll need to be logged in to submit a review. Select your star rating and optionally add a written comment.

Yes, you can manage your reviews from your profile page. Go to 'My Reviews' to see all your submitted reviews and edit or delete them as needed.

Yes, we review submissions to ensure they follow our community guidelines. Reviews that contain spam, hate speech, or irrelevant content may be removed.

Account & Profile

Click on your avatar in the navigation bar and select 'Profile'. From there, you can edit your display name, username, and other profile information.

Go to your Profile settings and scroll to the bottom. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your reviews.

We use passwordless authentication with magic links. Simply enter your email on the login page and click 'Sign in with Email'. We'll send you a link to access your account.

For Speakers

If you're a speaker and want to manage your profile, contact us at speakers@conferencepilot.com with proof of your identity and speaking history.

Speaker responses are coming soon! In the meantime, focus on delivering great talks and the positive reviews will follow.

Your overall rating is the average of all reviews across your sessions and your speaker profile. Each review is weighted equally.
